Launching Future Disruptive Technologies (LFDT) Summit
NIBRT is delighted to partner with the LFDT Summit for their inaugural all Ireland event on 7th & 8th September 2022
Location: Western Gateway Building, UCC, Western Road, Cork
The Launching Future Disruptive Technologies Summit will, for the first time, bring all the stakeholders in Ireland’s innovation and commercialisation ecosystem together.
Day 1 of the Summit will consist of one keynote address and 5 panels (Spin-Out, Universities, Investor, Technology Transfer and Legacy). After each panel delegates will have an opportunity to contribute by engaging in a live Q&A session.
The Night Summit will present fantastic networking and engagement opportunities in a convivial, social setting.
Day 2 (half-day) will consist of an investor keynote, an investor panel and a pitching competition, where selected researchers and spin-out founders from across the island will be invited to present their commercialisation projects to an independent panel of investors.
The Summit’s stakeholders include researchers, research centre personnel, spin-out founders, entrepreneurs, business partners, state agencies, innovation/commercialisation/technology transfer professionals, investors and industry.
