Irish Cancer Society – NIBRT’s charity partner for 2024

The Community Engagement committee at NIBRT were delighted to present our donation to Dr. Niamh McCabe, Programme Manager at the Irish Cancer Society. The Irish Cancer Society are NIBRT’s chosen charity partner for 2024, and further to NIBRT’s €4,000 another €1,400 was donated through staff fundraising . Niamh talked to our staff about the wider work of the Irish Cancer Society, and in particular the important research that is funded. Pictured with Niamh are committee members Aoibhín Ryan and Laura Breen, alongside Kate Cotter who raised over €400 through her “Relay for Life”.
